Verify that

• update-alternatives –display java points to /usr/lib/jvm/jre-1.5.0-sun/bin/java

• update-alternatives –display javac points to /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.5.0-sun/bin/javac

rpm --import http://www.jpackage.org/jpackage.asc

wget -O- http://www.jpackage.org/jpackage.asc | gpg –import

Add the Jpackage repository to the SMART channel list:

• Edit->Channels->New

• Select Provide Channel Information

• Choose APT-RPM Repository

• Enter the following values:

  1. Alias: jpackage

  2. Name: JPackage Java package repository

  3. Base URL: ftp://jpackage.hmdc.harvard.edu/JPackage/1.7/generic

  4. Components: free non-free

  5. Fingerprint: 1F81 C0FB C2B8 22B3 DE12 33A4 5C6C FFF7 C431 416D

  6. Don't check anything, priority should be 0.

Update Channels

Search for Jboss, Under Internet/WWW/Servers click jboss4-default.

Accept dependency list.

Click Execute changes.
